Strategic Outlook

Strategic Planning & Reporting

Our strategic planning allows us to reflect on past performance, establish future directions, and decide our definition of success. This planning occurs in two parts:

  1. Four Year Strategic Plan: The goals in this plan are based on initiatives from the Framework for Improved Student Outcomes (FISO)—a Department of Education and Training initiative that provides a common language and an enquiry-based approach to improvement across Victorian Government schools.
  2. Annual Implementation Plan: Each year we develop an annual implementation plan (AIP). The AIP supports the operationalisation of the four-year School Strategic Plan, articulating how we school will implement, monitor and evaluate progress against the School Strategic Plan each year.

Our 2026-2029 Strategic Plan goals are as follows:

  • To optimise learning growth for all students, in a multi-age inquiry setting.
  • Strengthen the engagement, wellbeing and sense of belonging for all students.

2026 Annual Implementation Plan:

In 2026 we will continue to focus on student learning and student wellbeing through the priorities goal, a learning key improvement strategy and a wellbeing key improvement strategy.
